Space Shuttle Challenger (OV-099) sits on the runway at Kennedy Space Center’s Shuttle Landing Facility after successfully completing mission STS-41B. This was Challenger’s 4th successful mission and was the first untethered space walk using the Manned Maneuvering Unit.
